Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how Seroto users can delete their account or request deletion of specific personal data. Seroto is operated by Pentech Center. For general privacy practices, see our Privacy Policy.

Delete your Seroto account

You can permanently delete your Seroto account and associated data from within the mobile app. Account deletion is final and cannot be undone.

Open the Seroto app and sign in to your account.
Go to More and open Profile.
Scroll to the Data & Privacy section.
Tap Delete Account.
Read the warning, enter your account password, and tap Delete to confirm.

Important: Deleting your account removes access to your wallet, purchases, organization memberships, and other Seroto services. Any remaining points balance may be forfeited according to our terms.

What we delete

When you delete your account, we remove or anonymise personal information linked to your profile, including:

Name, email address, phone number, and profile details
Profile picture and privacy preferences
Authentication tokens and app access
Other personal data associated with your user account, where legally permitted

What we may keep

Some information may be retained for legal, tax, audit, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes, even after account deletion. Examples include:

Request deletion of specific data (without deleting your account)

If you want certain personal data removed but wish to keep your Seroto account active, email us with your request. This option is for data-only deletion, not full account closure.

Please include:

The email address registered on your Seroto account
A clear description of the data you want deleted
Confirmation that you want to keep your account active

We aim to respond within 30 days.

                Note: To delete your entire account, use the in-app steps above.
                Do not use the email option above for full account deletion.
